Blue Water Escape Charters offers true deep sea fishing adventures. Our vessel is one of the few center console charters licensed to fish in federal waters (outside of 9 miles) where the bite is hotter due to less fishing pressure. We rarely stop in the nearshore waters due to heavy fishing pressure in this area. When fishing in federal waters, it gets extremely busy for the Captain due to richer fishing grounds. Once we arrive on our fishing spots, we keep up with the excitement by using an automated GPS system that locks the boat in place directly over the fish. This allows the Captain to focus on the angling without having to spend time setting an anchor or manually holding the boat on the spot. Fishing with modern technology in richer waters sets us apart from our competitors.
Gratuity is customary on fishing charters. However, tips are never mandatory. Our team wants to earn them by showing you a great time on the water. Tips for a good day of fishing typically range from 15%-25% of the charter rate.
All trips include fishing licenses, frozen bait, tackle, rod, reels, and bottled water. Live bait, when available, will be caught by the anglers at the beginning of the trip. This can take 20-60 mins and is enjoyed by most fishermen. However, live bait can be purchased to save fishing time when bait merchants are operating. If you choose to purchase bait, the cost is $20-$60 for an adequate amount.
Cancellation policy: At booking, a credit card number will be obtained to secure your trip. You can cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to your trip. Inside of 7 days, we have the discretion to charge a $100 cancellation fee. No shows or trips cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the booked trip fare.
